
How does reading add meaning to your life? How does visualizing help you interpret the meaning of a poem?
In this unit, student will be listening to poetry. Students will determine what sensory items they visualize from a poem. Students will determine what morals they have learned from a story and be able to identify sensory words in a text. Students will be using text to self connections to make connections between their experiences and the text.
